Wow what a facility. Have never seen anything like it. Lights in the units, alarms, absolutely gigantic lift and great staff. I had to use storage to keep pallet loads of furniture and the Chatswood team could not be more helpful, they accepted it on my behalf, got it off the truck and I got a nice little text to say it has arrived. I have never seen self storage more flexible than what they have here. Whats more, I can get in after hours, so when I am running around seeing clients all day, I dont have to rush back to my storage space to pack orders They also have wireless in the actual storage space, so I can recieve my orders all day!!!! Thanks a million

Having used Storage King for many years, I always found the warehouse exceptionally clean and bright, with friendly staff always willing to assist.

I run a small business from the Storage King, and am really impressed with the service i receive there. The staff regularly handle deliveries and dispatches, even to customers of mine on the weekends... Free WiFi makes my business easier to run, the facility is clean and modern, and gives my business a much better profile than if it was being run from one of the more common older style storage facilities. Lolly jar for my kids is a favourite, and the staff are great with kids, minding them in the office when i m on a phone call. Rates seem comparable with others in the area, i did a fair bit of research but in the end it was more to do with the quality of service than the price

I wanted to store my belongings when i was travelling overseas. The guys, got together and delivered my boxes, organised my storage and even called the removalists to organise my over to storage. All i had to do was sign the paperwork and pay. How easy was that.
